Bring it in and we'll give you an honest read at no charge.

The printed sheet covers rate deviation in seconds per day across the measured positions, amplitude at the time of testing, and beat error if adjusted. It gives you a baseline you can refer back to if the watch ever needs attention again in future.

Most models are completed within five working days. The seal replacement itself is straightforward; the time is mostly to source the correct gasket profile where we don't already hold stock for that reference. We'll confirm the expected return date when you drop off.

In most cases, yes. If your watch originally came with mineral crystal and you'd prefer the added scratch resistance of sapphire, we can usually source a correct-profile replacement. It depends on the case diameter and bezel design, so we'd confirm availability at intake. The price difference between mineral and sapphire varies by size.

We take vintage pieces for the three services listed, with one note: older movements occasionally reveal additional issues once opened, and we'll always pause to discuss before proceeding with anything beyond the original scope. Crystal sourcing for vintage references may take longer if standard sizes don't apply.

Payment is collected on collection of the watch. We accept cash (Thai Baht) and bank transfer. Pricing is as quoted at intake — no additions without your approval first.
